Great to meet you!

I’m excited and honored to establish a therapeutic alliance with you. My hope is to assist you with achieving your goals while working through toxic relationships, grief and loss, early childhood traumas, self-esteem issues and/or anxious and depressive moods . I want to help you with your journey by creating a safe space for you to express your feelings and explore what's holding you back so that you can thrive instead of survive.

My approach to therapy

Through evidence based practices I am available to help you change by empathizing with your concerns and what you care about (or lack there of). I utilize integrative therapy through TF-CBT, EMDR therapy, and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is about creating a safe space, free of judgement and worry. My goal is to help you open up about your feelings, fears, and experiences so that you are able to manage your symptoms and help you THRIVE!
