Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their experiences, develop individualized treatment plans, and support meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in their mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive space where they feel heard and respected. During our first session, we’ll talk about your concerns, goals, and what’s been bringing you in, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll begin developing a plan together, and you’re always encouraged to ask questions.
