Great to meet you!

You may be feeling emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck trying to manage everything on your own while quietly struggling underneath the surface. Anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or relationship challenges can make it difficult to feel grounded, connected, or fully like yourself. At times, it can feel like you’re carrying the emotional weight of everything around you while still trying to show up for work, family, and daily responsibilities. You don’t have to navigate that alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel genuinely supported, understood, and empowered to begin healing and creating healthier ways of coping.

My approach to therapy

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, grief, relationship concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and lived experiences shape their daily lives and relationships. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and create healthier patterns moving forward.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is warm, supportive, and focused on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly process what’s been weighing on you. I believe healing happens when clients feel emotionally safe while also being empowered to grow and challenge patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we’ll work toward helping you build resilience, improve emotional balance, strengthen relationships, and feel more grounded and confident in your daily life. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more supported, self-aware, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and stability.
