Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here. I work with people from many backgrounds, with a special focus on Veterans, First Responders, and their families. I also support folks who have experienced trauma, PTSD, brain injury, and/or are living with disabilities. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, which means I’m specially trained to help people living with disabilities, including support around work and employment.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, I meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll clarify what you want to work on, set realistic goals, and create a step-by-step plan. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches so you feel supported while making meaningful changes at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a warm, down-to-earth space where you can show up as your genuine self. Your story is welcome here, without judgment. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d be honored to work with you and support you in your next chapter.
