Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Certified Associate Counselor Alcohol & Drug in Maryland. I have 12 years of Social Work experience, working in a variety of roles; working in the school, as a family services worker, crisis worker, & as an individual therapist. I have also worked in outpatient & jail setting, worked with individuals who have co-occurring disorders, victims of child abuse & trauma, incarcerated individuals, & families in kinship & foster care.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In therapy sessions I use a client centered approach. I believe in meeting people where they are in order to help them become their best self. I utilize a strengths-based approach. I enjoy helping people recognize their strengths and help them utilize their strengths to work on their goals. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness interventions.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in helping people live to their full potential and support them in being who they want to be. When meeting with me you'll realize I am a safe space where you won't be judged and I have a listening ear.
