Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Stockton University with a clinical focus on trauma and mental health, and I truly love what I do. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance use, and more. My approach is genuine, collaborative, and strengths-based—I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are, feel heard without judgment, and leave with practical tools to move forward. I often tell my clients that it’s an honor to walk alongside them on their journey, and together we’ll build on your strengths to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation with someone who genuinely cares. My style is person-centered, honest, and supportive, blending evidence-based strategies with practical, solution-focused approaches to help you feel better and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a team effort, and we’ll navigate it together. You’ll get the most out of our work when you’re open, honest, and willing to lean into the process. Some days may be challenging, others may bring relief or new perspectives, but you won’t have to face them alone. My role is to support, guide, and encourage you every step of the way as we work toward the goals that matter most to you.
