I believe you have the answers inside you, however along the way we stop trusting ourselves or create habits/parts of our personality to protect us. Let’s use therapy to help figure out the things that dim your inner voice. As we work together, we will strengthen your intuition so you can live the life you want. Life is messy and isolating at times, we can navigate it together.

I am a culturally sensitive therapist who is EMDR certified. I have a specialty license in substance abuse. I specialize in life transitions, marital issues, coming out as LGBTQ at any age, divorce, new parents/single parents, intergenerational trauma, remarriage & blended families, boundary development and building community. I understand the societal and familial pressures to do everything “right," as well as the complexities of not feeling fully “you.”

I will challenge you to look at the parts of you that you have been avoiding, or are unaware of, in a collaborative, strengths-based, psychoeducational process. I use humor in a colorful enviornment. There is no one way to do anything. You do not have to do this alone. I am here to accept you exactly as you are, and grow your intuition so your beautiful light shines through.
