Hi, my name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, life transitions, personal growth, self esteem, and relationships. It is very important to me that my clients feel safe, understood, and heard. My goal is to create a positive relationship and empower my clients to address their concerns in a healthy manner. I provide a safe non-judgmental space for everyone, and believe every case is unique. I start where you are!!

I utilize Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Supportive Counseling, Reality-Based Thinking as well as Harm Reduction in assisting my clients to make a difference.

I understand that many of us have grown up in a world where mental health was often a taboo subject, and people suffering with mental health issues were looked down upon, I want to make a difference. Counseling is a process that involves reflection, exploring insights, and implementing choices. Each person's will be different, and I look forward to working together with you on yours!
