Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-focused clinician dedicated to help navigate the hidden impact of past experiences on their relationships, self-worth, and overall fulfillment. My approach is both compassionate and structured, designed to create meaningful, lasting change—not just short-term relief.

I hold a doctorate in applied clinical psychology and have extensive training in trauma-informed care, with a focus on modalities such as parts work, attachment-based therapy, and evidence-based interventions. My background includes working with individuals experiencing complex trauma, anxiety, relational challenges, and identity-related concerns. Together, we work to uncover and heal the deeper patterns driving these experiences, while building confidence, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and insight-oriented, balancing deep emotional work with practical tools for change. I work collaboratively with clients, helping them understand not just what they’re experiencing, but why—so patterns can be shifted at the root, not just managed on the surface.

I specialize in trauma-focused work navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and self-worth concerns. My approach integrates parts work, attachment-based therapy, and evidence-based interventions to help clients process past experiences while building a more secure and confident sense of self.

Sessions are both exploratory and structured. We move between processing deeper emotional experiences and developing tangible strategies clients can apply in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where they can begin to share their story at their own pace. In our first session, I focus on understanding what’s bringing you in, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to change or experience differently in your life.
