Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with families, children, and adults, providing support and guidance in various areas. My areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, and stress management. I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges, fostering positive change, and empowering my clients towards improved mental well-being.

My approach to therapy

I focus on a client-centered and solution focused approach with all of my clients. I emphasize empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness. I create a safe non-judgement space where you as the client can explore and grow to your best self.

What you can expect from me

Ultimately I want all my clients to become a better You. With this you will be able to understand and process your emotions and feelings which will lead to personal growth within yourself.
