Great to meet you!

Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing high-quality psychotherapy services conveniently via Telehealth. I earned my Master’s in Social Welfare from the University of Kansas in 2017 and have worked in a variety of settings with children and families. I enjoy partnering with individuals (ages 16 and older) and families experiencing life’s challenges (anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, family/relational conflict, etc.).

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in creating an environment where one can be their authentic self to feel safe, seen, and heard. I approach the diverse needs of individuals with empathy and a desire to help you obtain your goals. I have specialized training in behavioral (DBT), trauma (TF-CBT), and family (FCT) therapies.
