Great to meet you!

I am a NY State Licensed Psychologist. I use individualized approaches to therapy and work with you, your family or your child to determine the best approach and goals. I am trauma-informed and try to focus on the whole person, as well as diagnostic criteria and/or history that may be relevant for therapy. If you are ready to get help, find support, or work through a difficult decision, I am here to help guide you. You are in the driver's seat, and I will help you find your way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My general approach is individualized; however, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma informed care. I have worked with children and adults with a wide range of diagnoses and environmental issues, from depression and anxiety to psychosis, personality disorders, and suicidal ideations.

What you can expect from our first session

I am very goal oriented. We will develop goals based on what you would like to accomplish. You will have tasks that are targeted to help you accomplish those goals and if we are not seeing results, we will readjust the plan together!
