Ashley Halverson

Welcome! My name is Ashley Halverson, and my passion for supporting reproductive mental health comes from professional and personal experiences.

I am trained as a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist through Postpartum Support International.

All reproductive choices and transitions deserve care and support without judgement.

The word inclusive is important to me to include ALL reproductive stories and lived experiences.

I am soft-spoken with a nurturing approach. I will hold space and offer unconditional positive regard to you. I will rejoice in your successes and sit with you in your pain. We will find humor and laughter. We could even share some dad jokes. I will show up in authentic and genuine ways and challenge you when needed.

Your story is uniquely yours. The greatest thing about you is you. Let’s take your strengths and experiences and build on them.

I believe fiercely in self-compassion. Drawing form Dr. Kristen Neff's research, I will find a way to work in self compassion in our sessions.
