Great to meet you!

You don't have to have everything figured out to be here.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, and I’ve been helping people work through meaningful change since 2011.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and addiction, with a focus on building resilience and a stronger sense of self. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals, those navigating recovery and the HIV/AIDS community. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University and my Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, affirming, and grounded in meeting you where you are, without judgment. I aim to create a supportive space where you can show up as you are, move at your own pace, and feel heard and understood. I blend creativity with clinical training to help you explore challenges, build insight, and move toward a path that feels authentic and sustainable for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I’ll ask a variety of questions to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your mental health history, family background, education, substance use history, any history of trauma, as well as your relationships and social support system. Most importantly we will talk about your current goals and what you’d like to work on. It’s a time for us to start building a connection and see how it feels to work together.
