A bit about my approach to therapy

Ashley believes that every client already has the solutions to their own challenges, and she is merely a mirror into their own greatness. Ashley provides a trauma informed and solution focused experience that redefines the therapeutic process and empowers personal voice and choice. It’s pretty simple, it is all about you! There is no cookie cutter therapy here. Every person is unique, and the therapeutic process should always fit your needs and personal lived experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

You can always expect to end sessions feeling heard, valued, safe and never confused or frustrated. I put great emphasis on learning and understanding diagnosis, concepts of coping skills and hold a firm belief that "Education is Key". I am also a very "Peer Driven" Therapist and you can expect to know me as much as I will know you. There is no hierarchy in therapy with me.
