Great to meet you!

Greetings! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I provide therapeutic telehealth services. My primary focus is the exploration of trauma-related women's issues where we process one's narrative to foster growth and healing through the modalities of person-centered therapy, shadow work, and trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches to provide a personalized and comprehensive treatment plan. My practice integrates the warmth and empathy of person-centered therapy, the interpersonal reflection of narrative therapy and mindfulness, the practical tools of trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and the depth and insight of Jungian psychology. By combining these approaches, I empower clients to explore their unconscious mind, challenge negative thought patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies. Through techniques such as insight development and shadow work, we can uncover hidden aspects of the self and work towards greater self-awareness and personal growth.

What you can expect from our first session

I primarily work with low-acuity adult clients who are seeking personal growth and healing. I specialize in trauma-related women's issues. I enjoy helping women navigate life's challenges through techniques like exploration of their narrative, shadow work, and boundary setting. My goal is to empower clients to explore their true selves and embark on a transformative journey toward alignment with their highest selves.

During an initial consultation, we will discuss your therapeutic goals and explore if our therapeutic partnership would be a good fit. Once we establish a strong working alliance, we will collaboratively develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Congratulations on taking this important step towards self-discovery and healing!
