Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a commitment to helping adults and older adults navigate life's challenges with compassion. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and domestic violence recovery. I know how hard asking for help can be, so congratulations on taking that step!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, person-centered, outcome-focused, and rooted in evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I believe in creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you truly feel heard and validated. I am also here to gently challenge you when needed - helping you to grow, gain new perspective, regain control, and build meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I bring active listening, empathy, and respect for your experiences to every session. To me, one of the best parts of being a therapist is watching you transform through the therapy process and reach your goals. Whether you are facing a current life stressor or working through past trauma, I am here to walk alongside you.
