I believe humans are extraordinarily resilient but sometimes need extra support along their journey. I aim to provide that support using evidence based techniques grounded in a safe and collaborative relationship.

For clients diagnosed with Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), I offer evidence-based trauma therapies including Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET).
