Ashley Henry

I have been a social worker for 10 years and have worked in health care in some aspect for almost 20 years now. I have worked with a wide range of populations with a preference in adults and seniors seeking help with depression, anxiety, self worth, life changes, chronic medical issues, end of life concerns and family conflict.

I'm very open, honest and direct with a sense of humor. I meet my clients where they are in their journey. I work with multiple treatment modalities and utilize as needed per client. I work for the clients and if I am not the right fit I am ok with that because this is not my therapy, it is the client's and the client needs to feel comfortable. As well, if something isn't what a client is expecting, or a client has concerns, I encourage openness from the client to work through it.

Sense of self worth, ability to reflect and apply critical thinking but also the time and space to be comfortable enough to open up, discuss concerns and feel heard without judgement. Through this clients can process, reflect and grow. Learning to love yourself through the growth.
