Great to meet you!

You may be balancing the demands of work, relationships, family, and everyday life while trying to understand why you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched too thin. Perhaps you’re a woman navigating ADHD, managing stress, adjusting to motherhood, or trying to reconnect with yourself while meeting everyone else’s needs. You may also be working through family challenges or relationship patterns that leave you feeling unheard or disconnected. I work with women, men, and teens ages 17 and older, helping clients navigate stress and anxiety, family issues, maternal mental health, women’s issues, and relationship concerns. I’m also a preferred provider for aviation professionals and have specialized training in Gottman Method couples counseling. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make changes that fit your life and values.

My approach to therapy

Our work will explore how stress, anxiety, family concerns, maternal mental health, women’s issues, and relationship challenges affect your wellbeing. I use CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Problem-Solving Therapy to support emotional growth and practical change. For couples, I draw on the Gottman Method and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy to improve communication and strengthen connection. Relational, attachment-based, and strength-based approaches help us understand your experiences while building on your existing strengths. Therapy will be tailored to your goals, with practical tools and space for reflection.

What you can expect from me

You don’t need to have everything figured out before your first session. We’ll begin by getting to know you, understanding what has brought you to therapy, and exploring what you hope will feel different in your life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, adjusting to a new stage of motherhood, managing ADHD, or working through relationship or family concerns, we’ll identify goals together and move at a pace that feels manageable. You can expect a supportive, collaborative environment where your experiences are taken seriously and your strengths are part of the process. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, strengthen your relationships, and build practical skills that support meaningful, lasting change.
