Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology and over 14 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. As both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), I bring a compassionate, direct, and individualized approach to treatment. I am passionate about helping people discover their “reason why,” because understanding the deeper motivations behind our thoughts, behaviors, and goals is where meaningful progress begins. Through insight, skill development, and supportive guidance, I help clients build healthier coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and create lasting personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and centered on helping each person better understand their “reason why.” I believe that self-awareness is the foundation for meaningful change, growth, and the development of healthier coping skills. I use an individualized approach that meets clients where they are while encouraging accountability, resilience, and progress. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, build insight, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect our first conversation to be open, honest, and collaborative, with space to discuss their concerns, goals, and what they are hoping to gain from therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship is an important part of the healing process, so our initial session is also an opportunity for both of us to determine whether the connection and approach feel like a good fit. Together, we will explore how we can work as a team to support growth, develop new skills, and create meaningful progress.
