Great to meet you!

I'm Ashley, a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish) serving clients across Florida through telehealth. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, women's issues, maternal mental health, and family challenges. What makes my practice different is the cultural understanding I bring — I know what it means to hold two worlds at once, to carry family expectations while trying to find yourself. I don't ask you to leave your culture or your language at the door. I accept Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, and other major insurance plans, so the financial side is simple.

My approach to therapy

I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT. That means we look at the patterns shaping your thoughts and behaviors, understand where they come from, and build real skills — not just coping tips that fall apart under pressure. Sessions are collaborative. I won't just analyze you; I work alongside you. For clients dealing with complex family dynamics or cultural identity challenges, I draw on Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Structural Family approaches. You'll always know what we're working on and why.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an assessment. I'll ask about what brought you here, what's weighing on you most right now, and what you're hoping life can look like on the other side of this work. There's no pressure to share everything at once — this is your space and your pace. By the end, we'll have a shared sense of what we're working toward and whether we're the right fit for each other. I schedule telehealth appointments throughout the week to accommodate busy lives across Florida time zones.
