Great to meet you!

I am the owner of Ashley Nicole Counseling Services and a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I provide services to young adults and adults. Clinically, I am most successful working with individuals who are looking to work on relationship issues (peer, family, romantic, parent-child, work, etc), anxiety, depression, and parenting struggles. I enjoy helping clients identify their goals, develop skills to work toward those goals, and feel more confident in their own abilities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a strength-based approach to my work with clients and utilize these strengths to help people grow and build their skills. My clinical approach is individualized, and I pull from a variety of modalities used in individual and family therapy. Additionally, I take a trauma-informed approach to my work with clients.

You are the expert in you, and I am here to support you in the therapy process. I aim to offer an affirming space and encourage client feedback.
