Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I am passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges and thrive in their lives. I specialize in narcissistic abuse, trauma, anxiety, relationships, and depression, drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience as a survivor. My approach combines warmth, humor, and empowerment to create a safe and affirming space for personal growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, empowerment, and practicality. I am a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC) as well as a Certified Trauma, Anxiety, and Grief Counselor. I integrate evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT, to tailor the therapeutic experience to each individual's needs. Whether addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, I focus on fostering resilience, providing practical tools, and supporting personal growth. Sessions with me are collaborative, open-minded, and aimed at helping you navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In therapy sessions, clients can expect to experience a supportive, solution-oriented environment where they feel empowered and affirmed. My goal is to help clients explore their challenges with warmth and humor, building resilience and fostering personal growth. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or depression, I'll provide practical tools and tailored strategies to help you manage stress, find clarity, and move forward. Together, we'll work collaboratively to uncover strengths and cultivate a sense of hope and empowerment.
