Great to meet you!

My name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have worked across a range of behavioral health settings, including outpatient treatment, school-based services, correctional programs, and community mental health. These experiences have shaped a flexible, grounded approach that meets people where they are and supports them in navigating both everyday stressors and more complex clinical concerns.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, attention-related concerns, emotional regulation challenges, and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. My clinical experience has allowed me to support individuals and systems across diverse environments.

I believe meaningful growth begins with strong therapeutic relationships, practical skill development, and a collaborative process that respects each person’s lived experience. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by the belief that clients already bring strengths that can be built upon.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and tailored to the unique needs, goals, and experiences of each client, couple, or family. I integrate evidence-based behavioral therapies with a strengths-based perspective to help clients improve emotional well-being, navigate life challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier patterns of thinking, communication, and behavior.

Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I strive to create a supportive environment that encourages growth, insight, and meaningful change. My therapeutic style balances warmth, compassion, and support with direct guidance and accountability when helpful.

I take a holistic approach to wellness, recognizing that lasting change often involves multiple areas of life, including emotional health, relationships, work, family dynamics, and daily functioning.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel comfortable discussing their experiences, concerns, and goals. During our initial sessions, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship, understanding current challenges, and identifying strengths, patterns, and opportunities for growth.

Together, we will develop meaningful and realistic goals that align with your values, needs, and vision for the future. My goal is to create a collaborative space that balances emotional support with practical direction, helping individuals, couples, and families feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools to create lasting positive change.
