Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing challenges that are impacting school/work, relationships, communication or other aspects of life. I completed my undergraduate degree at LaGrange College in GA and received my doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. When I am not in the office, you can find me spending time with my dog, or being active outside. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to get started.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, filled with trust, and geared towards building motivation for change. I prioritize allowing space to process difficult feelings. I have specialized experience working with individuals that have chronic or other medical illnesses and changes associated with that. I also provide comprehensive psychological evaluations.

What you can expect from our first session

If you are feeling hopeless, stressed out, are an over-thinker, or not enjoying activities you once did, I strive to offer a supportive environment to work through those hard feelings while also instilling hope and learning skills to make healthy change. I frequently work with client that struggle with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, insomnia, chronic pain, chronic illness, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism.
