Great to meet you!

With over 10 years of experience as a therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals & families navigate life's challenges through compassionate and evidence-based psychotherapy. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Southern University of New Orleans, equipping me with a strong foundation in social work principles. My professional background includes extensive work in community social work, as well as in inpatient and residential treatment facilities, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of diverse client needs. I have experience providing both individual and family therapy, which enables me to address a wide range of concerns effectively.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to your personal journey, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, & trauma-informed care. I am committed to understanding and honoring the diverse backgrounds and experiences of my clients, ensuring that our work together is rooted in cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on building rapport and gathering information. We will discuss your background, experiences, and the specific issues you would like to address.
