Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate mental health professional dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based care. My background and training focus on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and major life transitions while building resilience and self-understanding. My approach integrates practical coping strategies with deeper emotional exploration to support meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should feel supportive and practical, while also allowing space to explore deeper emotions and patterns that may be influencing your experiences. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions by helping them build practical coping skills while also gaining greater insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they are encouraged to share at their own pace. During the first session, we focus on getting to know your story, identifying your current challenges, and exploring what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we begin setting meaningful goals and discussing an approach that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
