Great to meet you!

My name is Ashley Kelly, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, which has provided me with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and a deep understanding of the emotional, social, and environmental factors that influence well-being.

In my practice, I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I work collaboratively with individuals to explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools for coping and growth. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a commitment to meeting each client where they are.

I have experience working with a range of concerns, and I am passionate about helping clients improve their overall mental health, strengthen relationships, and achieve personal goals. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or seeking greater clarity and balance in your life, I am here to support you through the process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in empathy. I believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly.

I draw from evidence-based practices and tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we will work to better understand patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate challenges and create meaningful change.

I value authenticity, respect, and trust in the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and supported as you move toward greater self-awareness, healing, and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we begin getting to know each other. This initial meeting is an opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy, any concerns you may have, and what you hope to gain from the process.

I will ask some questions about your background, current challenges, and personal history to better understand your experiences and needs. We’ll also review important information such as confidentiality, your rights as a client, and how the therapy process works.

There is no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with—this is your space, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals and discussing how we can work together to support your growth and well-being.
