Great to meet you!

I have been practicing as a creative arts therapist for 10 years, completed post-graduate training with The Ackerman Institute for the Family, and am currently completing a second masters in social work. My experience is in trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness-based practices, attachment-focused practice, and embodied practices.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, relational, and strengths-based. I incorporate drama therapeutic approaches in conjunction with talk-therapy to empathically engage clients, help them understand their struggles, and approach life with curiosity and compassion. I help clients navigate life's stressors and develop comfort and trust in who they want to become.

What you can expect from me

I aim to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to reflect, process emotion, investigate patterns, and practice new ways of thinking, being, and doing.
