Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience caring for adult patients across a variety of healthcare settings. Throughout my career in adult primary care, I developed a deep appreciation for the emotional and mental health challenges that often accompany physical illness, major life changes, and everyday stressors. This inspired me to pursue a second specialty certification in psychiatric mental health.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, recognizing that change, whether positive, difficult, or unexpected, can significantly impact emotional well-being. I believe that stress is stress, and that even joyful milestones can feel overwhelming. My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized, with a focus on helping patients feel supported, understood, and empowered during periods of transition.

What you can expect from me

I work with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, stress-related symptoms, and the emotional challenges that can arise throughout different stages of life. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and developing practical strategies to move forward.
