Great to meet you!

I use a holistic approach to mental health, looking at alternatives as well as medication, to see the entire picture.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide medication management and therapy services to clients 15 and older.

I know how scary and isolating struggling with your mental health can be. Everyone's experience is their own. I want to work together to find the best treatment for you as an individual.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to start with an open and honest dialogue. I don't treat a diagnosis; I treat the symptoms you are experiencing as an individual. I decide which therapy modality and medications I feel would be the best fit for you, with your input and collaboration. I am always open to discussing changing and adjusting things, with your input. I believe in individualized care for each person.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope all of clients can leave with some hope and comfort; I want you to ensure that everyone feels listened to, validated and respected. Everyone's expectations are different and I want my clients to feel comfortable with their treatment plan. I hope my clients can see that it's possible to get through tough times! It’s part the human experience and you are not alone.
