I created my counseling practice, Surfside Solutions & More Counseling, LLC, to help individuals realize their ability to withstand life's challenges and even overcome them, much like a surfer surfing the ocean's waves. Because of my decades of counseling practice & extensive training, I recognize needs with clarity + identify solutions efficiently.

I have been a provider for 15+ years to a vast array of populations, including medical personnel, families, victims of domestic violence and minorities. I am trained in EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Post Traumatic Growth, Professional Mediation & More.

My favorite approach to use in therapy is called Post Traumatic Growth (PTG) as I welcome and celebrate clients experiencing all kinds of shortcomings, struggles and disappointments and I help them develop strength, capability and resiliency for a more positive life experience.
