Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Ashley—I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of providing psychotherapy. I completed my bachelor’s degree of Psychology at Cazenovia College and received my master of Social Work from Syracuse University.

My approach to therapy

In the same way we are encouraged to take care of our physical bodies, it is equally important to practice mental and emotional self-care. I am passionate about helping others heal from painful experiences, build self-esteem, cope with anxiety and depression, and rebuild strained relationships. I offer a Holistic and Strength Based approach that pulls from various treatment modalities.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a journey that begins with you making the decision to put yourself first. I can help you take steps towards better understanding and coping with the emotions or situations that are causing distress, while guiding you toward healing, finding relief, and achieving well-deserved fulfillment. I always provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment for you during your journey. When you are ready to take the first step, I am here to walk beside you.
