Great to meet you!

As a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am passionate about helping individuals work through and overcome life challenges. I completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and fellowship in public psychiatry.

My approach to therapy

Through my work, I have gained invaluable experience working with children, teens, and adults. This includes treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, autism, bipolar spectrum disorders, schizophrenia, PTSD, as well as working with transgender individuals experiencing mental health concerns. I am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those I work with, and strive to provide compassionate all inclusive care.

What you can expect from me

Every individual comes from lived experiences that impacts different stages of their life. Using a patient-centered model, my aim consists of both medication management and psychotherapy to help you build the foundation and skills, which allows you to take charge in your own mental health while maintaining a safe environment.
