Great to meet you!

On the outside you look like you have everything together, but inside you're struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, or the feeling that no matter what you do, it's never enough. Maybe you've spent years trying to understand yourself, change certain behaviors, or work through difficult experiences, but you keep finding yourself dealing with the same emotions and reactions. You're tired of feeling this way and want something to actually change.

For almost 20 years, I've helped people work through trauma, anxiety, and the emotional challenges that can affect every part of their lives. I'm a holistic trauma therapist who believes healing goes beyond understanding your problems or learning to cope with them. My work focuses on addressing what's happening beneath the surface, including the ways trauma affects both the mind and body. I'm also trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and provide psychedelic and plant medicine preparation and integration support.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you'll find a warm, supportive space where we can explore what's happening in your life and begin understanding what's contributing to how you feel. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, somatic practices, mindfulness, and nervous system work to address both the emotional and physical effects of trauma.

I believe traditional talk therapy can be valuable, but sometimes understanding why something is happening isn't enough to change how we experience it. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, with a focus on creating meaningful, lasting change rather than simply managing symptoms.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Our first session is an opportunity to talk about what's bringing you in, what you've been experiencing, and what you'd like to be different in your life.

I'll ask questions to better understand your history, current challenges, and what you've already tried. We'll also talk about your goals and what kind of support might be most helpful. My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave with a sense of what working together could look like and where we might begin.
