Great to meet you!

Passionate and healing focused therapist with over 12 years of experience supporting survivors of abuse and trauma. I believe that every individual is worthy and capable of developing resiliency through healing connections! I have a passion for supporting the healers of the healthcare profession struggling with burn out, vicarious trauma and secondary traumatic stress.

My approach to therapy

I have over a decade of experience working with survivors of abuse and trauma. I have had the privilege of being a part of many people’s healing journeys. I recognize that trauma is stored in the body and impacts how the mind and brain function-it’s one system! I utilize a holistic, individualized approach that focuses on the neuro-sequential development of the brain and fostering resilience by building on everyone’s unique strengths and experiences.

What you can expect from me

Every person is worthy of love and fulfillment in their life. I support clients in recognizing the impacts trauma and other life experiences have had on current functioning and address root causes of dysregulation and stress to improve quality of life and foster feelings of empowerment. I have a passion for supporting this work with all clients and have found such a sense of purpose supporting other healers in the healthcare field.
