Great to meet you!

I’m not here as a life guru or someone with all the answers—I’m here as a real human who’s trained to help you sort through the mess, the meaning, and everything in between.

I show up as myself: warm, grounded, and yes, sometimes a little goofy when it helps take the edge off heavy stuff. Therapy with me doesn’t have to feel stiff or intimidating. We can laugh when something is absurd, sit quietly when things feel heavy, and figure things out at a pace that actually fits you—not a textbook.

You don’t have to show up perfectly here. You just have to show up as you are.

And I’ll meet you there—probably with a question, a reflection, and occasionally a slightly inappropriate joke at the right time.

My approach to therapy

My job is to help you understand yourself better, untangle what’s feeling stuck, and build tools that actually work in your real life (not just in theory). I’ll be honest with you, I’ll care about what’s going on, and I’ll also gently challenge you when it’s helpful.

What you can expect from me

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach—therapy with me is tailored to you, your personality, and what actually feels helpful in real life. I blend curiosity, humor when appropriate, and honest reflection to help you understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
