A bit about my approach to therapy

I engage in many approaches, first building rapport and establishing a solid therapeutic alliance. I use assessments to help increase awareness, I use CBT to assist with understanding their thought life and we work together to personalize a plan to move forward and decrease barriers. I am a therapist that gives homework to empower my clients to do the work.
