Great to meet you!

I completed my MSW at Binghamton University and BA in Neuroscience at Colgate University. Prior to my MSW, I spent over a decade as an educator and parent.

I support individuals navigating the impact of trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, relational conflict, transitions, and identity exploration across the lifespan. I support folks identifying with neurodiversity (autistic, AuDHD, ADHD, etc). I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and can incorporate spirituality if desired.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice primarily incorporates trauma-informed, relational-cultural, feminist, and interpersonal lenses. In my work with individuals and couples, I draw from a range of theoretical approaches, including the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC).

What you can expect from our first session

I am committed to facilitating a space in which every client feels understood, valued, and supported. as we prioritize your goals, explore your story, and incorporate strategies for reintegrating pieces of your Self so you also can experience increased personal acceptance and relational connection.
