I use a variety of therapies to tailor treatment to your needs and preferences!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a compassionate and non-judgmental therapist who can help you live a more connected and authentic life. Together we can uncover the connections between your past and current experiences, so you are empowered to change patterns that no longer serve you. My approach is strengths-based, insight-oriented, and trauma-informed. I use a variety of approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, relational cultural approaches, feminist approaches, and trauma-based treatments to best meet your needs!
