Great to meet you!

I have both a Masters in Social Work and a Doctorate in Human Sexuality and have been practicing as a therapist for 10 years. The past four years I have been studying Bowen Family Systems theory. I find the combination of Bowen Theory with sex positivity greatly beneficial.

My approach to therapy

Working through life transitions is my passion. I embrace the therapeutic philosophy predicated on your individual needs and environment. I am gentle and supportive, yet straight-forward. I view treatment as an open and ongoing conversation about your evolution and transition into this new (and exciting!) chapter of your life.

What you can expect from me

I believe that the client is an expert in their own lives and my job is to help a person understand themselves more. By exploring family history through the generations a person may be able to understand their patterns.
