Great to meet you!

I am Ashley Madrigal, LCSW, with experience providing psychotherapy and supporting individuals in building coping skills, emotional resilience, and meaningful personal growth. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to understand each person’s needs and develop practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges.

I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard and understood, helping them strengthen confidence, resilience, and coping skills to manage life more effectively. I also support exploration of identity and overall emotional well-being.

I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds across community health centers, nonprofit organizations, educational settings, and corporate and retail environments. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, empowering, and open-minded approach. I collaborate with you to identify goals and tailor therapy to your needs. I focus on practical strategies to support your well-being, coping, and personal growth while maintaining a supportive, affirming, and solution-focused space. I also integrate faith and personal values into therapy when desired.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I will get to know you and ask questions to understand what brings you to therapy and what you have been experiencing. We will explore your strengths, needs, and what is most important to you, while I learn how best to support you. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can share openly and feel heard, understood, and supported.

My intention is for you to leave the first session with a sense of clarity, support, and connection. From there, we will schedule follow-up sessions as needed and begin developing strategies to support your well-being and personal growth.

When you feel ready, I invite you to schedule an appointment and take the next step. You do not have to navigate things alone. I am here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you in the process.
