Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have experience providing therapeutic services to individuals and couples. I also have past experience working with patients through outpatient group therapy and inpatient behavioral health hospitalization. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Social Work.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, EMDR and IFS, combined with a deep understanding of human behavior and emotional wellbeing. I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, where the client and therapist work together to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to foster understanding, healing, and growth. My therapeutic style is empathetic, non-judgmental, and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
