Great to meet you!

I’m Ashley! I’m a licensed therapist who believes healing starts with feeling seen, safe, and supported. I help people work through anxiety, relationship struggles, and big life changes by getting to the root, not just the symptoms. Therapy with me feels like a mix of real talk, curiosity, and compassion, no judgment. You don’t have to do this alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is honest, supportive, and down-to-earth. I use evidence-based tools like CBT and DBT, but I also listen closely to what makes you you. I believe in meeting you where you are, helping you understand your patterns, and building real skills for lasting change. We'll work together to untangle the hard stuff, heal the wounds underneath, and move toward the life you actually want.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel more confident, more connected to themselves, and more in control of their lives. You’ll walk away with practical tools, new insight into your patterns, and the ability to handle tough emotions without getting stuck. Most of all, you’ll feel seen and supported as you do the work to grow and heal.
