Great to meet you!

My name is Ashley Maynard, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Houston, Texas. I have a deep passion for empowering individuals and helping them become their best selves. My primary goal is to assist you in achieving realistic goals that promote inner strength, by using clinically tested and evidence-based interventions. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing space for personal growth.

My approach to therapy

In my therapy practice, I integrate both person-centered and Adlerian approaches, customized to address the unique needs of adults, couples, and adolescents. This combination allows us to explore how your past influences your present while also utilizing the skills you already possess to create meaningful change.

My hope is that through our sessions together, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself. With the insights I offer, you will be able to explore different perspectives, leading to new and meaningful realizations.
