Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I specialize in supporting adults and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or difficulty adjusting to major life changes.

My approach to therapy

Drawing from evidence-based practices, I create a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop meaningful coping strategies, and cultivate inner strength. My approach honors each person's unique journey, with a special emphasis on understanding the intersections of personal experience, cultural background, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
