Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Ashley and I I am a trauma-informed therapist and TBRI-trained practitioner with experience helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, adoption issues and career-related stress. Whether I’m helping professionals overcome life’s challenges or guiding parents through complex family dynamics, or helping people navigate their faith journey, I equip my clients with tools to build resilience and create meaningful change. My sessions are engaging and supportive, offering a safe space for self-discovery and growth. My mission is to help you break free from what’s holding you back and step into a healthier, more fulfilled version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-focused, integrating evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide personalized, practical support tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe that healing happens in a supportive and collaborative environment, so I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences. My goal is to help clients build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and cultivate self-awareness so they can navigate life’s challenges with confidence. I create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, process trauma, and challenge unhelpful thought patterns. For those who desire it, I incorporate faith into the therapeutic process, blending spiritual principles with evidence-based techniques to support healing and growth.
