Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I have worked with a wide-range of individuals from various backgrounds. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma. Along with a vast knowledge regarding the treatment and approaches of trauma, I have an extensive history of working with survivors of sexual assault. I have experience and knowledge working with various concerns from addiction to personality disorders.

My approach to therapy

Using evidenced-based and trauma-informed treatment options, I have helped individuals work through traumatic life experiences. I work with individual's struggling with addiction and substance use disorders as these concerns often accompany other mental health problems.

What you can expect from me

I use an eclectic mix of therapy interventions to ensure I am best meeting the needs of each individual client. I tend to be past-oriented in my practice. Processing and gaining insight into the past allows us to heal what is in the present. I view therapy like a driver with a GPS. The client is the driver and I am the GPS to help guide the process to where the client wants to go.
