Great to meet you!

I have a passion for working with young children, adolescents, adults, and families. I tailor each session based on what the client brings in that day and needs to work on while focusing on overarching goals. I have experience working with concerns such as trauma, anxiety, OCD, divorce, life adjustments, behavioral issues, impulse control concerns, self-harm, grief, and self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

I come from a person-centered approach and choose to meet you at your life stage by utilizing understanding, empathy, and openness. I have had extensive training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), hold a certification in Play and Creativity in Counseling, and have trained in sand tray therapy.

What you can expect from me

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a crucial component to the process. I discuss your short-term and long-term goals throughout the process and adjust them based on your progress and current concerns. You have already begun your journey by seeking the counselor for you!
